This recent headline made me wonder how many pets out there are microchipped. We adopted our poodle in May 2007 and she was microchipped before we were ever able to bring her home. She seemed to be bit of a wanderer (as she was found out on the busy street), so I feel at ease that if she were to get loose in the future we might have the chance to find her. Charles' story proves that microchipping can really save a life!
